Summer PV Camps

Camp 1: June 23-24-25
Camp 2: June 30-July 1-2
Camp 3: July 14-15-16
Camp 4: July 28-29-30

Times: 9 am to 1 pm daily.

Cost: $100 per 3 day camp.
Two Camps: $190 ($95 each)
Three Camps $270 ($90 each)
All Four Camps: $340 ($80 each)

*Focus: Pole vault fundamentals and drills to develop a consistent technique that will help you jump high whether you have a coach at your school or not. Our philosophy is heavy on the basics and the physical preparation to be a good pole vaulter. No magic tricks- just solid training and proven techniques that has produced many consistent and great vaulters.

We will be introducing some offseason training ideas throughout the camps so come ready to learn and work!

*Last day competition:
On day 3 of each camp, we will have an unofficial competition the last half of camp with a crossbar for fun.

*Bring a change of clothes and a towel you can get wet if you want. We will have cooling off activities during the break if it’s hot.

We will be having our Sunday Pole Vault sessions Sundays from 3 to 5 pm starting this Sunday Feb 1st. We will be reviewing fundamentals and getting brushed up for the season.

Limited space available so RSVP by text (559.797.0320) with vaulters name/ age/ and school. If a session fills up I usually open 1-3 pm. We are located behind the Island Waterpark (shaw/ 99 area).

If you don’t need to receive these texts anymore, just reply “I’m good” and I’ll remove you.

Summer Pole Vault Clinic Sessions
(READ EVERYTHING- New Format)

TO REGISTER: Please TEXT the athlete’s name and which session you would like to attend to 559.797.0320. If for some reason you don’t text, then call and leave a message.

**Space will be limited. RSVP via text and you will be sent the Venmo instructions to send your session deposit of $20 to lock in your spot.

Deposits that are not paid for are NOT reserved due to no-shows in the past. You can also pay by card if that is preferred. The remainder of the payment is due at the start of the session. The deposit goes towards the session price. No-shows lose the deposit.

Sessions will be two hours and in a mini camp format. There will be stations and jumping going on at the same time. Everyone will have equal time on everything. I’m in the process of restructuring the training area to be much more functional.

Tuesdays:
A.M. Session: 9am-11am
P.M. Session: 6pm-8pm
Dates: July 16, 23, 30
Cost: $40 for each session

Thursdays:
A.M. Session: 9am-11am
P.M. Session: 6pm-8pm
Dates: July 18, 25, August 1
Cost: $40 for each session

Saturdays:
A.M. Session ONLY: 9am-12pm* (hour longer)
Dates: July 20, 27, August 3
Cost: $60 for each session

Easter Sunday- NO practice
