Central Valley Pole Vault Academy

Hey everyone.

We will be having our Sunday Pole Vault sessions Sundays from 3 to 5 pm starting this Sunday Feb 1st. We will be reviewing fundamentals and getting brushed up for the season.

Limited space available so RSVP by text (559.797.0320) with vaulters name/ age/ and school. If a session fills up I usually open 1-3 pm. We are located behind the Island Waterpark (shaw/ 99 area).

If you don’t need to receive these texts anymore, just reply “I’m good” and I’ll remove you.

Pole Vault Mini Clinics:

Cost: $40 per session or $100 for all 3!

Summer Pole Vault Clinic Sessions
(READ EVERYTHING- New Format)

TO REGISTER: Please TEXT the athlete’s name and which session you would like to attend to 559.797.0320. If for some reason you don’t text, then call and leave a message.

**Space will be limited. RSVP via text and you will be sent the Venmo instructions to send your session deposit of $20 to lock in your spot.

Deposits that are not paid for are NOT reserved due to no-shows in the past. You can also pay by card if that is preferred. The remainder of the payment is due at the start of the session. The deposit goes towards the session price. No-shows lose the deposit.

Sessions will be two hours and in a mini camp format. There will be stations and jumping going on at the same time. Everyone will have equal time on everything. I’m in the process of restructuring the training area to be much more functional.

Here are the session dates and times:
There are morning and afternoon options for some dates.

Tuesdays:
A.M. Session: 9am-11am
P.M. Session: 6pm-8pm
Dates: July 16, 23, 30
Cost: $40 for each session

Thursdays:
A.M. Session: 9am-11am
P.M. Session: 6pm-8pm
Dates: July 18, 25, August 1
Cost: $40 for each session

Saturdays:
A.M. Session ONLY: 9am-12pm* (hour longer)
Dates: July 20, 27, August 3
Cost: $60 for each session

So here is the schedule for this week.

Today- NO practice (out of town)

Thursday- 10am-12pm clinic HS (Visalia)

Thursday- 4pm clinic at house (fresno)

Friday- 10am-12pm clinic HS (visalia)

Saturday- 4pm clinic at house (fresno)

Easter Sunday- NO practice

Please RSVP via text with the session you would like to attend. Some sessions will fill up for sure.
