Sierra Heart and Vascular Institute is dedicated to providing a higher standard of cardiac care through excellence, compassion, and innovation.

As runners take on the final stretch of the Full and Half Marathon, the FINAL MILE CHALLENGE will give participants one more reason to push their pace! All Full and Half Marathon participants are automatically entered, and the fastest male and female runners will win a prize for the fastest final mile of the race.

How fast can you run a mile after 12.1 or 25.2 miles? When your legs get tired, run with your heart!❤️

The wait is over! Here’s the 2026 Two Cities race shirt & hoodie! 👀🏅

This gear is made for race day and designed to celebrate the miles you’ve put in to get there. Both the shirt and hoodie are included with your race registration, but sizes are limited, so if you haven’t registered yet, now is the time to claim your spot!

There’s a distance for everyone at Two Cities. Choose between the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K, or 5K and get ready to run!

Plus, our volunteers are getting some gear of their own! The 2026 volunteer windbreaker is sponsored by Two Cities Dental, our Dental & Volunteer Sponsor. We’re excited to have them supporting the volunteers who help make race day possible!
