Kung Fu classes for children ages 5 and older, along with adult classes. Kick boxing classes are also avalible for 16 and older.
A Southern Shao Lin Chuan Kung Fu style of martial arts that teach discipline, coodination, and self cofidence. Students learn sparring techniques, weapon training, along with self defense. Classes are taught by experineced instructors. All classes are overseen by head instructor Sigun JR Correa who is a 10th degree black belt. Andrew and Jonathan had the opportunity to attend a seminar in Mountain View Ca. This weekend with Sensi William Cho instructor from Okinawa. It was a Kubdo Seminar (weapons) and the boys did a great job. They wore white belts for the first time again. But it was observed that they were not. We had the honor to sit at Shihan Oshiro table for dinner. Shihan Oshiro shared many stories and we all had a great time.
