Join me in my endurance workout of the day! This is a 20-minute AMRAP that can be done at home with just your body weight or at the gym. Add dumbbells to increase resistance and get the heart rate higher.
You shouldn't feel "gassed" after this workout so take an active rest "walk/jog in place" to bring the heart down if you feel your heart rate getting away from.
Move at a pace (even if it's a slower pace) that will allow you to sustain your breathing and heart rate during the workout.

If you’re new to this movement, start with a very light weight (or no weight at all) and focus your efforts on maintaining balance and control. You can progress this move by adding load or standing on a soft exercise mat.
