Starting the new year off with two new pink belts! Congratulations Julie and MiKayla! You both worked so hard and it was a pleasure to see you both cross the finish line together. 💪💪

Yami is one of our blue belt students who saw the benefits of our Women Empowered program and decided to add some additional self defense techniques to her arsenal. Now she is a pink belt too! Congrats Yami on all your hard work.

New instructors and recertifying instructors from around the world gathered at Gracie University for their Instructor Certification Program this January. What an amazing group of empowered women and men. 💪

Congratulations to the newest member of our Women Empowered team! Coach Britney is now officially certified as an instructor and will be helping Coach Ashlee grow the program. We are so excited to have her take a leadership role. Please help us congratulate her. 👏👏👏
