After a long month on the road we are finally back home! Colton had speed all over the country this month and we are very fortunate to have got to travel and watch him do what he loves!
Started the month in Pennsylvania driving Jim Radney’s #95, a new track for Colton. First night qualified 10/29 in our group, heat 4-5, B-main 3-5 ending our night after top 2 transferred to the A-main. Second night, no qualifying, sitting 21st in points, heat 7-3, then got rained out and moved to the following day. Sunday after qualifying the first day, and both heats we had ourselves locked into the A-main starting 17th! Went 17-14th to end our weekend at the East Coast Transponders Nationals. Getting faster every time we hit the track and we can’t thank the whole hyper crew enough!
Then headed over to Deming, Washington for 2 weeks! Starting off with the first annual Dave Key Classic. An unforgettable event that we can’t say thank you enough to everyone who helped put that on.
Qualified 3/23 in our group, heat 4-1, main 3-2 coming up one spot short but still happy with the results.
Clay Cup Nationals night 1 qualified 4/29 in our group, heat 3-3, then got rained out..
night 2 qualified 7/29 in our group, heat 2-1, main 10-17. Not our best night but with combined points from the first and second night we were sitting 12th in points, locked into the A-main for Saturday nights feature!
Final night Colton went 12-3 we were all very proud of Colton with this run!
Then headed to Illinois for the Terry Sprague Memorial.
First night heat 8-7, qualifier 10-7 with only taking top 4 to the main that night. Second night heat 3-2, qualifier 4-2 locking us into the main event! A-main 15-12th!
It’s been a long fun month and none of this would be possible without everyone who supports us! From the sponsors to the fans, we thank you. Our team learns something from each track so getting to be able to experience all of these new tracks and even tracks we’ve been to multiple times is something we are grateful for!
We are back home and ready to get back on our home tracks again.
