is officially 2026 USA Collegiate National Champions! 🏆 Competing at the Anaheim Convention Center in the 2 Year College Small Coed Intermediate division, they earned 1st place. The team of 3 males and 17 females faced Long Beach City College, College of Southern Idaho, and Riverside City College. They delivered a zero deduction routine and finished 3 points ahead of RCC in the final rankings. They also earned the highest raw score in the division, meaning their routine had the strongest overall components — a HUGE accomplishment! After securing a spot in finals on Day 1, the team returned on Day 2 determined to hit their routine — and they did. The season was defined by grit, growth, and resilience. Practicing 3–4 times a week, along with extra practices, this group refused to back down when things got tough. So proud of everything this team achieved!

On June 1, 1964, the great MLK lead a march from our very own campus to Ratcliffe Stadium. Martin Luther King Jr. was great because he courageously led the civil rights movement and fought for equality through nonviolence, even when faced with danger and opposition. He inspired millions by standing up for justice, dignity, and human rights for all people. In his quote, “We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope,” King means that while setbacks and failures are a part of life, they should never destroy our belief in a better future. The quote encourages people to keep faith and continue striving for change, even when progress feels slow or painful.
