One things for sure, the Central Valley is stacked with talent. The way we were able to split our 12u girls into two teams and still compete at a high level shows it. Very proud of all of our players that competed this past Sunday. 🏈👏

Lady Sting came to the Central Valley ready to BALL! 🔥 Ballers all over the field, great coaching, and an awesome group of families supporting them from the sidelines.

What stood out just as much as their talent was how they carried themselves. From the players, to the coaches, to the parents on the sideline — nothing but class and respect all day. 👏🏽

We love what Lady Sting is doing for girls flag football up in San Leandro and were honored to have them be part of our first-ever Invitational.

IMPORTANT SEASON UPDATE 🏈

After reviewing our current registration numbers, we’ve made the decision to move our Fall 2026 season to January 2027.

This is not a cancellation — we’re simply pushing the season back to give our girls and families the best experience possible.

Moving to January will allow us to build stronger divisions, avoid conflicts with the high school flag football season, and give more girls the opportunity to be part of TopDogs.

Families who have already registered will have the option to keep their registration active for January or receive a full refund. Those who stay registered will also have access to our practices and workouts leading up to the season.

We appreciate everyone who continues to believe in what we’re building for girls flag football in the Central Valley. ❤️🏈
