Our Upcoming Weight Lifting + Strength and Conditioning Program.

Setting: 2-6 members max
Each will be following a progressive (individual) training Plan based on their Goal.

Focus: Building Strength Numbers through Barbell Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press, Overhead Pressing, and Weighted Core work.

Strategy: Incorporating a Custom Meal Plan, Strength and Conditioning Program, Testing Dates, and Off Day Workouts. This will be a Complete lifestyle. Done in Small Groups. Guided by a Coach searching to achieve optimal Performance and the Healthiest living.

Clovis 5-6 am will have 4 Spots Only(6 Days A Week)
