If anyone wants to run today we will be at Sierra running company at 12 o'clock noon

We're meeting at 2 p.m. today in front of Sierra running company!

Attention runners! If you are planning on running track begin running some easy mileage if you haven't already.. if you need a winter training schedule let me know.. I would like to meet with you guys periodically throughout the next 2 weeks and over the Christmas break. After school most days seems to work best.
