It is with great sadness that we come to an end of the Central Valley Hunter/Jumper Miniseries.
As you all know, our attendance at these shows has been less than expected and much less than fiscally viable to continue the series. The show on September 21 suffers the same low attendance forecast. Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that we must sadly end the show series. Luckily there are many other schooling shows in other areas nearby for your riders to participate in.
THANK YOU to all of those who have helped make the shows successful:
John Marshall and the Fresno County Horse Park Team
Doug Anez, DVM - who championed the series
Barbara Harmon - Show Secretary Extraordinaire
Ken & Cheryl Zeman - RIng Management, Volunteers and Wine & Cheese Hosts
Lisa Eddy - Breakfast Hostess
Volunteer Announcers - Art Lancaster, Ron Grimm, Marily Reese & Chuck House
Our generous sponsors: Harris Farms, Boehringer Ingelheim, Ariat, Pacific Crest Equine, Woodlake Growers Supply Co., Merck Animal Health, Precision Pharmacy, Premiere Equine Center, Sequoia Hills Stables, Black Fence Farm, Grace Ranch (the site of our first show)
and especially to all of the incredible parents, judges (especially Dorothy Torosian who filled in at the last minute on show day), EMTs, food providers, and ring crews who helped put these shows on. It takes a village!
And thank you to all of you who have participated in our shows. You made it worth our while

It is with great sadness that we must cancel the May 25 Summer Show. The U.S. Weather Service posted the following forecast:
A chance of showers, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 76. Chance of precipitation is 60%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
The safety of our riders, horses and spectators must be our top priority.
Thank you for your interest in our shows. Please join us September 21 for our next show. Check www.cvhjm.com for details
My crystal ball is broken and no two news stations can agree on Saturday's weather. We will make the call Wednesday night if we need to cancel show. Safety of the riders and horses is paramount in making the decision🙁
Our next show is Saturday, May 25 at the Fresno County Horse Park. Check CVHJM.com for prize list, schedule and entry form. Don't forget the Trainer Incentive Program (see the website)
Check horseshowtime.com for counts to estimate your class times. We are still accepting online entries! The only thing missing is YOU!! Hope to see you Saturday😊
