Come join us this summer and take your game to the next level. This is your time to develop, sharpen your skills, and prepare for the upcoming school year with confidence.

Growth doesn’t happen by chance, it comes from consistent, quality reps and a willingness to push past your comfort zone. The players who improve the most are the ones who show up, stay disciplined, and embrace the work when it gets tough.

Don’t let this summer slip away with excuses. Get uncomfortable, stay committed, and separate yourself from the competition.

Let’s get to work. 🔥

Royalty Hoops Academy

Join our Intermediate & Advanced Group every Tuesday and Thursday at 7PM and take your game to the next level. At Royalty Hoops, our focus goes beyond just drills—we are committed to helping each athlete develop their overall skill set, build confidence, and understand the game at a higher level.

Don’t let the summer go to waste. This is the time to grow, get valuable game reps, and separate yourself from the competition. Players who consistently train and improve now will be the ones ready to contribute—not sit on the bench—when the season comes.

What we worked on this session:
• Spin Moves: Teaching proper footwork, balance, and timing to create separation from defenders.
• Up-and-Under Layups: Helping players stay patient, use fakes effectively, and finish strong around the rim.
• DHO (Dribble Hand-Off) into Jump Shot: Developing game-like actions, decision-making, and quick shot preparation.
• Give-and-Go: Building team chemistry, movement without the ball, and creating easy scoring opportunities.

Each session is designed to not only improve skills, but also to teach players how to think the game, react under pressure, and play with confidence.

Why Skills Game Day Matters 🏀🔥

Skills Game Day is one of the most important parts of development because it brings everything together.

Training teaches the fundamentals… but game play reveals understanding.

On Skills Game Day, players get the opportunity to:
• Apply what they’ve learned in real situations
• Develop confidence by making decisions on their own
• Improve basketball IQ by reading and reacting to the game
• Learn teamwork—moving without the ball, spacing, and creating for others
• Understand defense—both on-ball and off-ball positioning
• Handle pressure and adversity in a live environment

This is where growth really happens.

It allows coaches to:
• Identify strengths and weaknesses
• Correct habits in real time
• Teach the right way to play the game

And most importantly, it allows players to:
• Compete
• Have fun
• Build that edge and confidence every athlete needs

Skills Game Day isn’t just playing… it’s learning, growing, and developing into a complete basketball player.

Visit our website to learn more about Skills Game Day. www.royaltyhoops.net registration is open as we train year round to to help all skill levels.
