🏆 What a week here in

The 2026 US Open Pool Championship brought 256 players from 40+ countries to town, and it closed out with a champion. Congrats to Spain's Francisco Sánchez Ruiz on the win! 🎱

Today, Matchroom Pool stopped by our office to hand-deliver the official US Open trophy, and Matchroom Pool's CEO, Emily Frazer, got to celebrate the moment with the 2026 champion and our Senior Sports Sales Manager, Chuck Brakes.

We're already counting down to 2027, when the US Open comes back to Frisco. And this year, we'll have this cool piece of hardware to admire!

What an incredible week it's been in Frisco 🎱

The 49th US Open Pool Championship brought 256 of the world's best players - and 16 former champions - to for six days of nonstop nine-ball, and the energy has been unreal!

Now it all comes down to this. The championship matchups are set, the house is sold out, and Sunday's final airs live on ESPN - broadcasting from Frisco to the whole world.

The Star in Frisco has become a place where the next generation of athletes and sports professionals can grow together ⭐🏈

10 years ago today, Ford Center at The Star in Frisco turned on its Friday night lights for a football jamboree with multiple high school football teams from Frisco Independent School District.

Since opening in 2016, The Star in Frisco has helped bring youth and high school football into the heart of Frisco, giving young athletes opportunities to compete, learn, and experience the game at a high level.
The opportunities go beyond the field. Students can explore broadcasting, sports media, event production, business, and more, gaining hands-on experiences and seeing the many ways they can build a future in sports.

The Star in Frisco is more than the world headquarters of America’s Team. It is a place where the next generation gets to experience what’s possible.

Today, we celebrated the media reception for the Matchroom Pool 2026 US Open Pool Championships at ROLLERTOWN! We were honored to welcome players, press, and pool fans from around the world as we kick off this exciting week of competition. It’s a proud moment for us to be part of the national stage, showcasing what makes this event so special.

We can’t wait to see the action unfold 🏆
