ogression of skills, making our programs perfect for cheerleaders (school, recreational, and All-Star), dancers, and gymnasts. Whether you are a beginner learning a forward roll or an elite athlete perfecting a full-twisting layout, our expert coaches provide a safe, high-energy environment designed to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Our Core Programs:
Tumbling Classes (All Levels):
Beginner: No experience necessary. Focus on Forward/Backward Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Walkovers, and Round-Offs. Intermediate: Mastering Round-Off Back Handsprings, series, aerials, and combination passes. Advanced: Focusing on Tucks, Layouts, Step-Outs, and Front Tumbling. Elite: Advanced training for Arabians, Fulls, Double Fulls, and Elite Combo passes. Stunt Training:
Coed Stunts: Collegiate-level technique for athletes aiming for college cheer. Group Stunting: Safety-first training for stunt groups and school squads to improve timing and technique. School Cheer & Squad Classes: Private clinics and team practices for school and competitive squads looking for extra technical polish. Private Lessons: One-on-one coaching with Coach Craig Callaway and our elite staff, easily bookable online. Serving All Athletes While we specialize in cheer and gymnastics, we also train divers and field athletes to tumble and fall safely, reducing the risk of injury in all sports.
