Bully Prevention & Self-Defense Week completed! 💪🥋

Throughout the week, we focused on teaching students how to recognize bullying, stand up for themselves with confidence, and use their voice before ever needing to use physical self-defense. Our students practiced awareness, boundary setting, and practical self-defense techniques designed to help them stay safe.

We are proud of how seriously our students took these lessons. True martial artists understand that real strength comes from confidence, respect, and the ability to make smart decisions.
