It will be suitable for anyone who is interested, so I encourage you to bring your whole family to join in the fun!

All you need is:

2 tennis or lacrosse balls (even dog toys will do)

1 tube sock

1 wall---If you have some sort of post you can hug your arms around, that's great for one exercise, if not, no problem!

We will begin with a brief slide show that will describe what we're about to do and it will be posted for you for reference in the future.

We will start with the feet and work our way up to the head, paying special attention to upper back and arms that may be sore from extra time online!

This will be informal with plenty of time for questions at the end.

Hope to see you and your families!
