Chuck ran blown gas flat from 1980 through 1991 and was always a front runner every time he showed up. For the July edition, we chose the late Marvin Savage in his blown alcohol flat bottom called “Wild Child”. Marvin won races, championships, and set records all over the country in just about every association. He retired from driving at the end of the 1983 season.
