Played against the daughter of the first star of the Cabrillo girls soccer program, Kathleen Denson Green.
Today was a beautiful day to play soccer. We lost 6-0 and 7-0 to two big time soccer programs with an undermanned squad. Despite the other teams having 30 man rosters, this team never backed down or gave up. We battled thru the cramps and soreness to give these teams a battle. The two teams were very impressed with how we played them. My girls understood that the score doesn’t reflect the effort they put in today. VERY PROUD!
