Coach Spotlight: Kelsey Jasmon
With years of fitness experience under her belt as a CrossFit Level 2 trainer and former field hockey player 🏑 , Kelsey’s confidence and knowledge is evident in each class she leads at Greater Culture. Rest assured, she knows exactly how to modify and scale workouts to fit the needs and goals of each athlete who walks through our doors.
Additionally, as a PT who enjoys helping people move better and more effectively, Kelsey prioritizes making our members feel comfortable yet capable of pushing their bodies to achieve physical adaptation. And- her infectious smile and bubbly personality often encourage even the most reluctant newcomers to come back for another class 🤗 Oh, and did we mention how friggen strong she is?! 🏋️♀️

Coach Spotlight: Ashley Frank
As an educator and former gymnast 🤸♀️, Ashley knows a thing or two about how to grab an audience’s attention and teach folks how to move safely and efficiently. Also, as a new mom, she’s got a fantastic toolkit of exercises and modifications for expecting moms, newly postpartum women, and members who need to adapt workouts to best fit their needs!
Ashley is able to seamlessly blend her gentle, caring demeanor with her vast experiences and knowledge as an athlete to ensure people who walk into Greater Culture get the most out of their workout, which includes having fun!

Coach Spotlight: Chauncey Moore
He’ll be the first to tell you how quickly he fell in love with CrossFit and its methodology; similarly, don’t be surprised if after you take one of Chauncey’s classes, you’ll be comin’ back for more.
As a Level 2 Trainer, he’s a stickler for standards, especially when it comes to movements, meeting the intended stimulus of a workout, and punctuality (which we all struggle with from time to time, right? 🥴)… but, it all comes from a deep level of care and compassion for his athletes.
In other words, his main priority and goal as a Greater Culture coach is to ensure our members are getting the most out of their workout, including moving safely, learning new skills, and enjoying the best hour of their day!

April was a busy month, and these athletes hit our consistency club.
The biggest indicator of hitting your goals is simply showing up.
Just keep stacking those small wins each day, and you’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish over each month.
