Introducing Ethan Forman: Ninja Coach South Apex

Ethan first joined the Rock Solid team in August 2022 and returned in April 2026 after taking a one-year hiatus. He was drawn to Rock Solid because of his love for working with kids, having fun, and his passion for the sport of ninja. Since returning, Ethan has continued to bring energy, encouragement, and plenty of fun to every class, camp, and special event he’s a part of.

As a coach, Ethan strives to push kids to be the best versions of themselves while also serving as a positive role model. He understands the impact coaches can have because of the influence his own coaches had on his life growing up. Whether he’s coaching classes, helping with camps and events, or assisting with rig building, Ethan’s favorite part of the job is simple — he gets to play every day while helping kids grow in confidence and ability.

Outside of Rock Solid, Ethan is passionate about music and the outdoors. He enjoys writing and creating music, attending concerts, and playing instruments like piano, drums, guitar, ukulele, and harmonica. He also loves hiking, camping, boating, golfing, surfing, rock climbing, fishing and exploring the outdoors. Ethan has experience in a variety of sports and activities, including football, volleyball, golf, and mountain biking, and actually started ninja after beginning work at Rock Solid.

Friends and family describe Ethan as silly, trustworthy, and always down to have fun — qualities that make him a great fit for the Rock Solid community.
