5 Point Wrestling Camp has several camps & clinics each year. We have 3 sessions a day: technique, live & conditioning.
We have a 3 day Folkstyle clinic, 3 days freestyle clinic & our one of a kind 10 Day Intensity Camp.

Due to the news of losing the Limestone Program as well as losing employment I am sad to say that I will have to take this year off from hosting my camp. It is not the news I wanted to share. Camp is a highlight for my family, myself and those that attend. I will miss all of yall this summer.

Late evening bonding. Volleyball time.

Conditioning- stance and motion up the hill and jog down- 1 hour.
Bleachers and field run-45 minutes.
Both a competition as well. Team Strawberry Attack is in the lead.
