Similar to most people, I was extremely nervous walking into my first yoga studio as I had no idea what to expect and feared I would be the worst in the room. While the yoga community is extremely supportive and non-judgmental, I can relate with those initial feelings and courage that it takes to get started. If you have never tried yoga or you consider yourself a beginner, this is a perfect place for you to start and/or continue your development! I work with clients one-on-one or in small group settings in order to provide individual attention. I am currently scheduling outdoor sessions or in-home appointments in the Greater Columbus area. Please let me know how many people are interested, your experience with yoga, what city you are located in and what time of day is best for you. And 150 classes for Adele... and this was her first Power class! Instructors and friends have been encouraging her to give it a try, and she did amazing! It made the milestone extra special 🥰
