There's still time this summer to flow with Mac in our Community Classes!

These classes are included in membership for those already a part of our community, and just $10 for those who are new! It's the perfect time to bring a friend to show them your favorite place, and give them the gift of rest and mindfulness.

As we're approaching the end of June, we've had a lot of fun around the studio and a lot to celebrate!
Taraja hosted a Jazz themed Restorative Flow in honor of Blues & Jazz week, where everyone enjoyed some lemonade and easy listening ๐ท๐ถ
We celebrated Kayla's 100th class and Montse's 50th class ๐ช
And we got to celebrate Tess' birthday with her ๐
June has been SUCH a fun month here at Gahanna, and we are looking forward to seeing what July has to offer!

We get it.
You're busy.
You have places to be.
The โworkoutโ is over.

The last few minutes of class aren't an extra.
They're PART of the practice.
Whether it's stretching, cooling down, or savasana, that's when your body starts shifting from effort into recovery.
And recovery is what helps you come back stronger tomorrow.
