Keeping calm under pressure! Executing your game is much harder than it looks! This young athlete has been on the mats for about three and half months! Paying attention to details and trusting yourself makes champions! Back to the grind to clean up a few things!

Congratulations Faith and Eli for leaving it on the mats!

Faith took Gold in one bracket and Silver in another! She has worked hard for the last few months to figure out her game plan. She executed it perfectly! Her ability to be calm under pressure was impressive!

Eli came out strong and worked to keep improving his position! He continued to put in the extra work and it showed! We are very proud of him!

We had a visitor from Jackson County BJJ at open mat tonight! I spent a lot of time with Matt and Christine KOA Team and they are the absolute best people to have in your corner. I had such a positive training experience for 8 years with everyone in Stafford and love seeing more of us with academies continuing to spread our love for the art.
