Just a cool 35 days until I’m wrapped up on the couch next to and .realtygnv with this beautiful 🎄 lighting up the living room…🥰
Spending today making Christmas lists for buying Christmas 🎁 and pulling all of my winter mugs out of storage. No need to wait until after thanksgiving to get excited for Christmas when you live in a country without it 😏. Let me just say, ‘tis the damn season ☃️🎄❄️!

Since last winter I’ve made a bucket list for each season to help slow down time and make each time of year feel special in its own way. Took myself out for a coffee to make my fall bucket list, and now I’m ready for some autumnal coziness 😌.
Some bucket list items
1. Make a 🎃 recipe
2. Watch Hocus Pocus 1 & 2 🧙♀️
3. Hike Uetliberg again 🥾
4. Complete 1 fall craft 🍁
5. Make *the* sugar cookies 👩🍳

Equipment: Foam roller with an equipment-free option for every exercise.
Special considerations: Using the foam roller truly takes these glute bridges to a whole other level, adding an extra level of difficulty to your hamstrings, butt, and calves.
