Stay-at-home parents, grandparents, homeschool families, or anyone looking for something fun to do with the kids during the day — this is for you!

Starting September 11th, join us EVERY FRIDAY from 10AM–1PM at our Gainesville location! 🤸

Let the kids burn some energy while you get out of the house, relax, and meet other local parents and families. ❤️

We hate to intrude, BUT every year we have families reaching out right before cheer tryouts trying to squeeze in tumbling passes, jumps, and cheer technique at the last minute.

🌟 STUDENT SPOTLIGHT — DIXIE! 🌟

This week we’re shining the spotlight on Dixie! 🤸‍♀️❤️

Dixie joined the TrueTumbling family a little over two years ago with no previous tumbling experience, and it has been so much fun watching how far she has come!

She shows up to class eager to learn, ready to be coached, and always brings a positive attitude. Dixie’s hard work and willingness to keep trying have helped her make amazing progress, but what we love most is the example she sets for the athletes around her.

Her work ethic encourages other students to push themselves, stay positive, and keep working toward their goals. That’s what TrueTumbling is all about! ❤️

MEET THE COACH MONDAY — AVA! 🌟

This week we’re highlighting Coach Ava! 🤸‍♀️❤️

Ava has been part of the TrueTumbling family for two years, and we’re so lucky to have her on our coaching team! Outside of the gym, she’s currently a nursing student finishing up her prerequisites. 🩺📚

One of Ava’s biggest strengths as a coach is her attention to detail. She does an amazing job modifying drills and skills to fit each individual athlete—meeting them where they are while helping them build confidence and progress toward their goals. 💪✨

When she’s not coaching or studying, Ava stays busy! She loves to golf ⛳️, run 🏃‍♀️, play volleyball 🏐, garden 🌱, and volunteer at Abigail’s Arms. ❤️

📍 Bowie families: Ava currently has room for 1–2 private lesson students before or after classes! If your athlete could benefit from some extra one-on-one attention, this is a great opportunity to work with a coach who truly focuses on the little details that make a BIG difference.

⭐ Head Coaches — $20–$30/hour
💰 PLUS Head Coaches keep 100% of their private lesson pay — $70/hour!

⭐ Assistant Coaches — $12–$18/hour

Hourly pay is based on experience and skill level.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✨ Must be 18+
✨ Able to handle a fast-paced environment
✨ Strong communication skills
✨ Previous experience coaching OR as an athlete in gymnastics/tumbling
✨ Positive, dependable & great with kids!

🌟 MEET THE COACH MONDAY 🌟

This week we’re introducing Coach Allysa! 🤸‍♀️

Coach Allysa has a passion for adventure both in and out of the gym! 🌍✈️ She loves exploring new places and has even solo traveled through six countries. She also spent a year living in Austria as an au pair, making memories and experiencing a new culture.

When she’s not coaching, she’s studying Speech-Language Pathology at UNT and loves spending her free time trying new recipes and baking homemade sourdough. 🍞👩‍🍳

A fun TrueTumbling connection? Coach Allysa and Coach Avery actually coached together back in high school, so it’s extra special to have her on the team! ❤️

We’re so excited to have Coach Allysa sharing her energy, kindness, and love for helping athletes grow. Be sure to say hi and give her a warm TrueTumbling welcome when you see her in the gym! 💪✨

🌟 MEET THE COACH MONDAY 🌟

This week we’re introducing the one and only Coach Ali! 💙🤸

Coach Ali brings 15 years of cheer and tumbling experience to TrueTumbling, and she’s always ready to help athletes build confidence, learn new skills, and have fun along the way!

When she’s not at the gym, she’s busy keeping up with her husband, Brayden, and their two boys, Maddox and Kannon. Whether they’re hunting, fishing, or making memories together, family time is her favorite time.

🎨 She’s also our creative queen! Photography, crafts, DIY projects—you name it, she’s probably tried it.

📍 Born and raised in Bowie, she’s proud to coach in the community she calls home.

✨ Hidden talent? According to Ali… “None!” Her exact words were, “I’m a jack of all trades, master of none.” We respectfully disagree. Keeping up with two boys, coaching tumbling, AND finding time for crafts sounds like a hidden talent to us! 😂
