Well, we went and did something. We bought a materials company.......

We have acquired Cascade Crest Tools as of March 1, 2026.

They have been a worldwide tying materials supplier since 1978.

The owners Pat and Shell Dunlap have decided to retire and sold the business to us. This adds another dimension of new materials available for our customers and our materials to theirs. We have also purchased 2 chenille machines along with other machines that will enable to manufacturer our own chenille and other products to help fill the void in the industry along with new offerings.

More new colors of Silicone sheets in stock!! Our Prism colors have been good sellers, so we have a few more colors of those. 1 new laminate, a glow color, variations of blue and pink and a crazy black chrome sheet that is a new look to us. We also have a sheet we call Dirty Silver that will be a phenomenal presentation of a salt and pepper variation!! Give them a try-some already on the way to you Mr. Campbell!!

New Product!!!!! Well, a modified version of a previous one. Recently Mike Campbell experimented with a thinner, slenderer version of his famous Wedge Tail. After success with it he asked us to come up with a cutter for him so he could cut his more efficiently-we did. The tail works really well, and he said for us to go ahead and release it to the public. Had no intentions to do so until he said to. We call it the Wedge Tail Lite! Less material makes it a livelier tail in the water and works really well with 1/16oz and thinner profile jigs. We will have cutters available along with full cut sheets. You get approximately 268 tails per sheet so that's a lot!!!

I tested these myself a couple weekends ago and caught fish on all the colors you see in the photo.

As a note to our customers, The Wedge Tails were Mike's idea, and we came up with all the others we offer once we saw how effective the cutters could be designed. We have also made cutters based on customers designs and built them exclusively for that customer. We will not offer them unless they give us permission to do so. We have done this a couple of times so if you have a design and we can manage to make it work-we will build it for you. There are limitations to this, and it can be expensive to design it functionally. Sky seems to be the limit with this silicone!

Making some changes to our shipping pricing. We have up to now really focused on the folks making a living tying and selling jigs both with our products pricing and options. We had our shipping costs flat rated for folks doing bulk and or large orders to get the most out of that cost for them. In doing so we somewhat alienated our small end-user folks. We now have pro-rated shipping according to the amount spent to help out with small orders or fill in orders for our larger customers. Set as follows:

Orders up to $50-----$6.95
Orders between $51-$149-----$8.95
Orders over $150-----FREE

Custom orders may still occur other shipping costs depending on weight and volume. The online orders will be as above.

Everything has gotten expensive and we really have to do our homework to try and accommodate to everyone who wants to be in the sport/business as best we can so all of us can stay in it.
