KMF’s Wellness Wednesday Yoga Series: A weekly yoga class for brain cancer research!
Starting Wednesday, September 6th and continuing through the end of October, join us for weekly yoga sessions at the Arts Council Pavilion Lawn in Gainesville, Georgia from 5:45 - 6:45 PM. Classes are dedicated to raising funds for KMF and will be led by our very own , an experienced yoga instructor with over 25 years of yoga & meditation teaching under her belt.
With a $10 donation to KMF per session, you can make a positive impact in the fight against this deadly disease while nurturing your mind, body, and soul. Classes are open to all levels of practitioners, ages 13 years and older. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you'll find joy and peace in this shared experience of wellness and giving back. You can expect a guided flow, scenic surroundings, a sunset meditation, and community engagement.
