But if you want to get the MOST out of your membership, we have something made exactly for this — our strength training circuit (The Line). You'll move through nine machines, hit all your major muscle groups, and our staff will set everything up for you, show you the right form, and walk you through the whole thing. No extra charge, no awkward guessing, no accidental leg press facial. Come find us on the floor. We've seen it all and we love you anyway.
