This week, we are highlighting Coach Drew!

Coach Drew brings enthusiasm and experience to Balance 180 as a coach who loves helping athletes grow and have fun.

One of his favorite Balance 180 memories is Summer Camp, where he enjoys the energy, excitement, and connections built throughout the week. Vault is his favorite event to coach, bringing together power, confidence, and excitement in every turn.

Outside the gym, Drew enjoys golf, cars, competitive racing, and video games.

Currently a junior in high school, he hopes to pursue a future in architecture or the engineering field.

Fun fact: before joining Balance 180, Drew spent many years coaching at a martial arts company, building years of experience helping young athletes learn and grow.

+ evening will conclude with a fun family Gelati Party! B'z Gelati will be on site with additional treats available for purchase for family and friends.

This week, we are highlighting Coach Erik!

Coach Erik works with both recreational and adaptive athletes at Balance 180, bringing encouragement and enthusiasm to every class he coaches.

One of his favorite parts of being at B180 is Summer Camp, where he enjoys seeing athletes grow, connect, and have fun throughout the experience.

Beam is his favorite event to coach, where he helps athletes build confidence, focus, and strength. Outside the gym, Erik enjoys working out, playing sports, and volunteering in his community. He’s preparing to begin his first year of DPT school with the goal of one day working with a sports team.

Fun fact: he’s currently training for a marathon that he plans to complete by the end of the summer!

Earlier this month, our incredible athlete Ansel traveled to Germany to compete at the International Inclusion Competition in Leipzig!

We are so proud of all the hard work, dedication, and determination Ansel has shown both in and out of the gym. What an amazing opportunity to represent and compete on an international stage!

Our incredible Gymnastics Team is 💫ready to shine💫 at the Special Olympics USA Games next month! They’ve been practicing their landings, soaring through routine rehearsals, and perfecting their balance skills with grace.🤸🏾🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏼‍♂️ Join us in wishing Lynette, Emilee, Rachelle, Ava, Sophia and Lilitheve – and coaches Lauren and Jeannette – all the best on their journey to Minnesota! Join us for our Summer Showcase☀️🌴

Get ready for an evening full of flips & fun on Saturday, June 13th from 5:00-6:30 PM!

Athletes will get to rotate through all four events and demonstrate some of the skills they’ve been practicing in class. At the end of the evening, each athlete will be recognized during a special awards ceremony!

This is not a formal competition, just a fun, low-pressure celebration with family & friends cheering them on.

PLUS stay after for a fun Gelati Party 🍧 B'z Gelati will be on-site for guests to purchase delicious treats!

Today, we pause to honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country. We are deeply grateful for their sacrifice and unwavering dedication.
