Bruce Capin, Respected Referee and Longtime Coach of the University of Florida Fencing Club, Dies at 60 As a coach, Capin advanced the fencing careers of countless young people while at the helm at the University of Florida. As a referee, he was a beloved friend to his peers, tournament officials and members of the USA Fencing staff.

The University of Florida Team will be competing at 2015 USACFC College Fencing National Championships hosted by Liberty Fencing Club LLC & Swarthmore College Fencing Team on April 11-12 in , , . The event is free and open to the public. Liberty Fencing Club is owned by Florida Fencing alum Marshal Davis, who is also the head coach of the Swarthmore Fencing Team. Go Gators!
