Butterfly Seminar this weekend.
Butterfly is still one of the most versatile guards / mechanics in all of grappling. Guard Retention, Sweeps, Elevation, Leg Entanglements, and so much more.

The Russian tie is very versatile especially for dragging the match to the group if you are not very strong on your feet. Front head trap provides options for darce, anaconda, and neckties along with back takes. On top of all that it combos well and is low risk.

Making connection is 🔑
