Only way to find out is to come give SUP a try. My usual post paddle comment is "That was way more fun than I expected it to be. When can I go again"? The best time to come is during the week when the lake is calm and we have it all to ourselves. See the herons fly by, the turtles swim along side, and the beauty the lake has to offer all while getting a great workout.
