CrossFit Gainesville We are the first CrossFit affiliate in Cooke County! Your first two workouts are free! There’s something here for every level.

Our staff of professional coaches can change the way you feel, look, and perform through constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. We run a range of classes designed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep training interesting. We offer group functional fitness training, a full schedule of yoga classes, Olympic Weightlifting & Nutrition coaching services.

We take results seriously. Results should mean more than an amount of sweat or a feeling after a workout. Results are about increasing what your body is capable of.

Test week is off and running! Each day, our athletes will be dealt a different test of fitness. Then, at the end of each quarter, we will repeat these tests and track progress over the year.

Are you stuck in a rut of simply "working out?" Come train with a PURPOSE with us.

Sure, you've probably heard of it, but what is it really?

CrossFit gets a bad wrap. We've seen the clips and we've seen the comments.

"CrossFit is too hard."
"I could never do CrossFit."
"CrossFit isn't for me, I can't do some of those exercises."

To those people, we say let us show you why you CAN. The foundation of CrossFit is safe, effective movement patterns that are led by expert coaches.

Movements can be scaled and modified. Intensity can be turned up or down.
