The battle of life is, in most cases, fought uphill; and to win it without a struggle is more like winning without honor.
If there were no difficulties then how is there any success? If there was nothing to struggle for, then is anything really achieved?

The best way to get things done is just to simply BEGIN. Wishing everyone a great weekend full of adventures, experiences, and always fighting your fears no matter how big or small.
It takes a lot of courage to step up to the plate no matter the competition. Some days you don’t get the results you want, and there’s the days you do. A big congrats to Kale on the his Win this weekend at cage wars on to the next one!

As the semester starts to begin for everyone we can only hope everyone stays warm this weekend, as possibly it can snow! ❄️ Also come to class and stay warm everyone, see you guys at class bright and early in the morning :) !
It was a wonderful weekend of challenges to get the new year started! Congrats to everyone that stood up to the plate even though it was right after the holidays!

For anyone that doesn’t know it’s almost been 25+years in this sport, my number one favorite thing about it besides all the up and downs. Is all the memories you get to make with one another, seeing everyone grow through pressure/perseverance. While remembering how awesome it is to have another day to try to be better again. A big congrats to the BJJ Swamp Kids Crew coming right from the holidays to step up to the plate!

It’s not common for east coast ADCC trials to be around the corner from us...and with an Open the day before!
Always fun to catch up and watch the non stop action of the matches!
