JHS softball would like to recognize Natalie Kelly (incoming 5th grader) for her 1st career no hitter! Natalie is in her 2nd year as a pitcher, and 1st year with the Ohio Diamonds 10u. JHS softball has a bright future. Keep up the great work future Johnnies!!

🏆🥎 The lady Johnnies season came to an end last night after falling to top ranked Liberty Union, 9-2. The final score is not reflective of how competitive and hard fought the game was. Going into the 6th it was 3-0 before Liberty Union had a 5 run outburst. The team fought to the end and Abigail Wood hit a 2 run 💣 in the 7th. Jenna Hochanadel, Addy Zak, Brooklyn Wood and Addy Hall each had a hit as well.

What a season these ladies had!!

The Lady Johnnies dominated the 7th inning to secure a regional semi-final victory today. Jenna Hochanadel had 3 hits, 5 RBI’s, Addy Zak had 4 hits & 2 RBI’s & Violet Wentzel had 3 hits & 3 RBI’s. Final score: 14-3!

This team continues to accomplish amazing things this season. Special shout out to Sr. Addy Zak for hitting her 150th career hit today (153 total after today).

Lucia Kuhn pitched a complete game with 6 K’s and added a 2 run HR as well!

The Johnstown defense stymied North union, holding them scoreless with only 3 hits. Offensively it was a total team effort with 8 players recording a hit. Emma McGeehan went 1 for 1 with a walk, 1 rbi and a sac fly. Lucia Kuhn pitched a complete game shut out with 4 K’s.
