If you ever wanted to try yoga…. Here is a good opportunity 😉

As the leaves turn and the weather cools, nature invites us to slow down and ground down. 🍂

Here are 3 simple ways I like to anchor my nervous system during the autumn shift:

1️⃣ **Feet on the Earth:** Spend 5 minutes standing barefoot on the grass or soil to reconnect with physical stillness.
2️⃣ **Extended Exhales:** Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts to signal safety to your body.
3️⃣ **Gentle Hip Openers:** A brief child's pose or seated fold to release tension held from a busy week.
