Come rock out POUND with Tour Crew member Lisa McManes
POUND is the world's first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun, for all fitness and age levels, playing the drums using Ripstix.

Lisa believes fitness is for everybody and every body.
Her motto is: You can be fit at any age, size and shape.

Her goal is to change the way society sees and understands what is fit. She wants to inspire, educate and show everyone how to have a healthier lifestyle.

Lisa is the owner of McManes Personal Training. She has been a certified POUND Pro since 2017, a member of their Global Pound Tour Crew since 2019, is a certified GENERATION POUND Pro as well as POUND UNPLUGGED Pro.

Lisa is an American Sports & Fitness Certified Master Personal Trainer, a Meditation Trainer in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, a Size Inclusive Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist. She is also a certified Girls Gone Strong Coach, and a National Federation Of Personal Trainers-Fitness Nutrition Specialist & Cancer Recovery Specialist.

Join us this summer, challenge yourself, and discover how good it feels to invest in your health and well-being!

It’s not too late to run our annual 5K virtually. As I will be working the 5K I ran the course early this morning plus threw a 1.48 bonus mile in. Send us your time and a photo and we will put it on our page for those who can run this virtually. 

Some of our athletes on our Summer track team finished the final 30 minutes of their practice time in the outdoor swimming pool. They thoroughly enjoyed swim time after a shortened practice due to the heat. Stay cool!

Tomorrow is race day! There is still time today to register online, or you can show up tomorrow morning at 7:00 to sign up. We are excited to see everyone there!
