1st Annual Morrow County Milk Mile and 1 Mile Challenge

1 Mile Challenge at 8:00am and Milk Mile Challenge at 8:30am on July 27th 2013 at Northmor High School There will be timing, judging and video recording.

Chocolate Milk Mile- Cost 10$ - Starting at 8:30am each competitor must complete 1 mile run and consume 48oz of chocolate milk (12oz each lap). Milk Mile Rules: each competitor must drink 12oz of milk in the holding area, once they have completed their drinks they will run the next lap, and then repeat 3 more times.
