Due to equipment and our tractor going down, we are having to cancel our race for this weekend. We will be rescheduling this event and will post the make up day very soon. We are sorry for the short notice, but it’s out of our control.

is our first race of the season.

We wanted to give everyone an update on the race track. We do apologize for not getting back with everyone about our schedule sooner but honestly we did not know what the future was holding for Sunset this year. There were events that occurred last year at the track that have impacted our decisions and our relationships with other racing partners and riders. Sunset has always been a place for families to enjoy racing together and having fun. We want to continue providing this for families and friends just a little different this year. We know that some people will have questions and will be upset with the changes and we understand. I hope that everyone understands that we too have families that are involved in many other sports and events that they are important to us. We all work full time jobs outside of running the track and have other commitments as well.

Our schedule will look a little different than in the past. Our first race will be later and we will not be having as many races as we have in the past. We will not be running a series and each race day will be an individual event.

We had every plan to have a banquet for the 2024 season but this did not work out due to scheduling conflicts and other reason. We will have awards for each rider who qualified for points at our first race to pick up. That list will be posted.

Our schedule for this year so far will be the following:
July 19th, Aug 2, Sept 13, Oct 11
