Yesterday’s Testing Philosophy .

We all make mistakes in life, no matter who we are. Everyone has done things they regret and wish they could take back. But you don't have to personally experience something to learn from it. Pay attention to what's happening around, the people that wallow in sadness they make excuses and find reason to hold their minds stagnant. “Misery love company”

In TaekwonDo we teach when you fall get back up and try again. To master any art or thing that really matters takes work not excuses. TaeKwonDo and martial arts training is about leadership development. This is why it is important to hold students accountable for their actions and they must continue learning to be stronger leaders and stand for what is right and never give up. Again nobody is perfect but we need to constantly work to build a higher level of character. Student must try their best to set a good positive example in our society.

So listen to other people's stories, look at their failures, and learn from the mistakes they made. When you do this, you can safe yourself hardships, time and avoid a lot of suffering yourself. Learning from other people's mistakes is the smart way to live. It helps you steer clear of avoidable errors that could really set you back or worse mistakes that can hurt your own future.

So don't just wait to stumble into pitfalls yourself; look at the mistakes others have made. Study what went wrong and why. Then apply those lessons to help guide your martial art techniques while pushing your life in a positive direction.

The same goes for many successful relationship it is not about two perfect people, it's about two “real people” who choose each other as friends or partners even on the days things feel, exhausting, difficult and imperfect, life is about falling down, standing back up and learning to grow. Nobody is perfect on this earthly plain, but we can achieve excellence through looking beyond ourselves.

Why do some people struggle or feel stress it happens when they feel like they failed, can handle something or are called on their mistakes. Some people basically cannot accept or see their own mistakes or are just are trying to seek perfection, so these behaviors becomes a defensive mechanism. The more a student practices and studies the mind and body become stronger as should their character.

Learning is about accepting mistakes without ego, taking responsibility without running away or quitting. Life is about growing not just for yourself. but for others around you. In the end, it's not perfection that holds any relationship together , it's effort, diligence, work, dedication, perseverance, and understanding.

The willingness to make things better in life and avoiding complacency by striving for success and happiness.

REGISTER FOR A FREE TRIAL LESSON:

GMA offers a specialized Little Lions martial arts program for children ages 3 to 6 years old. We also offer programs for Juniors ages 7 to 12, teens, and adults. GMA is certified to teach under major organizations like the American Athletic Union / USA TaeKwonDo / USA Boxing / International TaeKwonDo Federation / International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation / World JidoKwon TaeKwonDo Federation / International TaeKwonDo Federation / Kukkiwon / Golden Talon Kung Fu / World Hapkido Federation / Rocian Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Why is there a difference? Simply, all major organizations require annual recertification courses, safe sport courses, PCA courses, and full FBI background checks to maintain safety and membership, plus courses to maintain curriculum consistency. Only high-level Black Belts 3rd Degree or higher can test a student to black belt level. If you're going to spend the money, in the end, certification does matter.

As a way of saying thank you and trying us out, all young children who try out one of our martial arts programs (TaeKwonDo / Gracie Jiu-Jitsu program) will receive a FREE special storybook and activity coloring book. (No obligation to join.) These books are our way of helping children become stronger mentally and physically.

Our family has 4 generations practicing martial arts, and we are not new to teaching children; that includes children with special needs. With patience and perseverance, we can all work together as one big family to give a child an edge in life. We are the leaders in helping children. Our teachers and our in-house child development expert will try our best to assist all children in improving life skills, leadership skills, confidence, self-esteem, manners, and self-discipline, all while learning age-appropriate self-defense strategies and learning to stand up for themselves and to fight for what is right. Our staff is composed of internationally certified grandmaster/master/instructor level instructors, from 3rd Degree Black Belts to a 9th Degree Black Belt and a Kung Fu Grandmaster, both with over 50 years of experience, respectively.

We specialize in teaching all ages and have the history and know-how of "Developing the champions of today and the leaders of tomorrow."
