Gallatin Parks & Recreation encompasses the Gallatin Civic Center (a health/wellness facility), Long Hollow Golf Course, Gallatin's parks & Greenway and the City Cemetery. The department's mission is to enhance residents' quality of life, bolster the area's feeling of community and help attract tourism, business and new residents.

BREAKING NEWS: Beginning this Sunday the 20th the Civic Center will be open on Sundays 1-5, this is a trial basis to see how it goes. The weather cleared just in time for the big Doggy Paddle Pool Party today at Tommy Garrott Aquatics Facility. The little guys and gals started it off this morning, then it finished strong this afternoon as the big dogs took over! We had a bunch, and they had a ball, it truly turned into a big canine festival! Thanks to all who brought their furry children out! ♥️♥️🐕

With the tennis courts getting all new lights, you might ask is there a good use for the ones coming down? We're happy to say the correct answer is yes, they are being used to provide additional lighting to the nearby basketball courts. They'll be up and running soon! ❤️❤️🏀
