Quite a weekend for the CREW! 20 riders and 7 coaches raced at the Mayhem event on Saturday, earning 1 first place, 2 seconds and 2 fifth place finishes. On Sunday, we travelled to the Galloway Nature Reserve for a joint practice with the Dirt Devils, Gladiators and Clearview. Ride on CREW!

Our Camden County MTB Crew Team could really use a boost! Thanks to all the lovely snow the Northeast experienced this winter, we’ve been training indoors at a local gym since January with spinning and core workouts to keep our riders strong and engaged. It’s been great for the team — but it has taken a real toll on our treasury, and we’re now dipping into our reserves as race season approaches.
We are staffed entirely by volunteers, and every dollar goes directly toward supporting our riders and keeping the team running. If you’re able, please consider donating here:

Thank you for supporting our team and helping our athletes stay prepared for the season ahead!

In our third day of indoor spinning, our focus remained on practicing a smooth pedal stroke at different cadences. One fun way of demonstrating that is placing a water bottle between the rider's shoulder blades. If pedaling is smooth, the water bottle does not fall off!

The Cold sends the CREW indoors! We are taking the opportunity to focus on things that are difficult to address on the trail, such as pedal stroke, cadence, core, balance, etc. Last night’s workout, “Half is Easy” focused on the mechanics of varying cadences, while the exercise portion addressed the “why” that core strength is so important. We’ll continue here until the weather breaks!
