This man will never be forgotten Rip Rowdy

We are saddened and heartbroken to share the news of the passing of Kyle Busch, a two-time Cup champion and one of our sport's greatest and fiercest drivers. He was 41 years old.

We extend our deepest condolences to the Busch family, Richard Childress Racing and the entire motorsports community.

Lt 160 I started 1st in the heat finished 4th and in the feature Started 4th finished 4th

Sr animal I put on a show In the heat I started 5th finished and had a photo finish with second and I got a second In the feature I started second got spun out went to back came back then got spun out again and finished 3erd

SJQMA will officially kick off our FIRST EVER POINTS SERIES RACE on May 17th! 🏁

As we begin the 2026 points series, we wanted to share a reminder and clarification on SJQMA points procedures based on the USAC .25 Rule Book.

🧮 GENERAL POINTS PRINCIPLES
• Only completed laps up to the checkered flag count
• Never revert back a lap unless a yellow is displayed with the checkered flag
• Points are awarded based on race completion and finishing position
• DQ status determines whether points are earned or forfeited

🏁 A-MAIN (FEATURE) POINTS
1st – 60
2nd – 57
3rd – 54
4th – 51
5th – 48
6th – 45
7th – 42
8th – 39
9th – 36
10th – 33
11th – 31
12th – 29

🏁 B-MAIN POINTS
• Transfers from the B-Main receive 0 B-Main points and instead receive A-Main points
• Non-transfer finishers:
5th – 25
6th – 23
7th – 21
8th – 19
9th – 17
10th – 15

🏁 C-MAIN & LOWER
Drivers not transferring from C-Main or lower mains receive 10 points.

🚫 DISQUALIFICATIONS & HOW POINTS APPLY

DQ WITH POINTS
(Mechanical DQ, safety item lost during race, flagrant call, DNF, DNS)
➡ Points awarded based on dropout position

DQ WITH NO POINTS
• Unsportsmanlike conduct
• Illegal engine
• Illegal tires
• Illegal fuel

🚨 These cannot be used as drop races.

🚫 DNS (DID NOT START)
If a driver participated in qualifying or heats but did not attempt to start the main event:
➡ Last-place points will be awarded.

🌧️ RAINOUT POINTS (CLUB / REGIONAL)

Entire event rained out (no heats completed)
➡ All drivers receive 30 points

Heats completed / mains rained out:
• A-Main drivers → 45 points
• B-Main drivers → 21 points
• C-Main or lower → 10 points

🌸🏁 SJQMA Mother’s Day Race Day 🏁🌸

 Awesome weekend at SJQMA 

Started first in light 160 heat and finished first and in the feature I had a straight away from second place and I had an amazing car and I got really tight and I couldn’t turn so I got passed an finished third

In senior animal, In the heat I started 4th and finished fifth with an awesome photo finish with one of my buddies if want to see it it will be on Dirty Dirt Racing soon. And in the feature, I started fifth and I spun out twice and finish second in my  debut in that class but the race got timed out with 5 laps to go. Thanks to Edwin Fisher and Anthony Ricci for unbending my one rod and with the great call at the end.
