People go through stuff. They may suppress what’s bothering them,automatically lash out, or toggle between both. It’s them trying to process, and it can be hurtful, irritating, or messy to the person on the other end. Just remember, you have a choice. You can take it in and believe that it is personal, or you can recognize that hurt people can tend to hurt people. You cannot control their behavior, but you do have a say in how much you let it get to you. Walk away, talk to a friend, listen to some music, plan for your dreams. Just because another person is having a hard day doesn’t mean it has to ruin yours.

Challenge: Imagine a protective bubble around you where negativity cannot get in. Fill it with protective golden light. Before you deal with that person again, put your bubble on!
