Tonight I gave an informational talk about the importance of cleaning our beaches to 37 high school students, guided them in cleaning up a long stretch of beach, and introduced them to yoga afterwards. They were polite, fun, and eager to learn, and I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with teenagers again. I'm thankful to have had this opportunity. It was a great evening for Seek Peace Yoga - Galveston!
