Man, lots of cool stuff happening on the Upper Texas Gulf Coast! Everything is “FALL-ing” into place. Days are getting shorter, water temperature is slowly falling and the RedFish are doing their September “thang”!

Also, tons of speck action in the back bayous… though most are CajunKeepers (undersized for Texas), there are some TXkeepers mixed in.
(Everything has to be BIGGER in TEXAS!)

September is RedFish time! Year after year - the redfish on the Texas Gulf Coast begin their spawning during this time. The older fish migrate from the Gulf to the passes and Bays and do their “thing”… we know where they are doing their “thing” 🏴‍☠️

Man. Talk about full circle! Tim has been fishing with me for a long long time…. The first pic is the first time and was with his daughter, Lauren over 15 years ago. She is now 30 yrs old! Well today Tim brought his grandson Wes!

I have gotten death threats over whatever this Marc guy posted. He is not a part of nor ever has been a part of FGTX.

Morning trout trip out Galveston 👍then a quick 3 hr trip back lake/bayou trip out of Freeport… Long day, but a great day making family memories today!
