🚴 Monday & Wednesday:
Conditioning • Bicycle training • Endurance • Agility

⚽️ Friday:
Soccer training • Ball control • Passing • Small-sided games

🕖 6:45 AM – 8:00 AM

💵 $150/month

Important:
All players must know how to ride a bicycle and be able to ride at least 1 mile without stopping 🚴
