Spencer is our Icon of the Week because she consistently shows up ready to work hard and pursue her goals. She brings a positive attitude to every practice, gives her full effort, and is always looking for ways to improve. Just as importantly, Spencer is an encouraging teammate who supports those around her and helps create a positive team environment.
