🚨 SHRED LAB SUMMER UPDATES 🚨

Please take note of a few important changes:

✅ Saturday 8:00 AM Boot Camp will now begin at **8:15 AM**

☀️ **Summer Break Closure**
The SHRED Lab will be closed **July 8 – July 18**. There will be no studio classes or AQUA SHRED sessions during this time.

💚 **Membership Extensions**
All unlimited memberships impacted by the closure will automatically receive a **10-day extension**
(30-day memberships become 40-day memberships).

🌅 **Sunset AQUA SHRED**
Join us for our special evening pool workouts:
📅 Wednesday, July 1 – 8:00 PM
📅 Tuesday, July 7 – 8:00 PM

AQUA Drop-In Fee: **$25**
