✨ Distance is no match for dedication! ✨

We are so incredibly proud of our wonderful Loretto and everything she accomplished alongside her teacher Eugene at the Fred Astaire World Championships in Las Vegas! 🌎🏆💃

Although Loretto has moved away from New York, she certainly hasn’t moved away from her love of dance—or her Fred Astaire Garden City family! ❤️ She continues to train consistently with Eugene through Zoom lessons, with only a handful of opportunities throughout the year for them to work together in person.

And all of that dedication and teamwork showed on the competition floor in Las Vegas! ✨

🏆 Closed Silver American Smooth — Finalist out of 14 Pro-Am couples!

🏆 Open Silver American Smooth — Finalist out of 16 Pro-Am couples!

Making the finals in both of her Smooth divisions at a World Championship is an incredible achievement—and even more impressive considering so much of Loretto and Eugene’s preparation happens from miles apart!

Loretto, your commitment proves that progress isn’t determined by distance. Your hard work, consistency, and love for dancing continue to shine every time you step onto the floor. And congratulations to Loretto and Eugene on showing just how much can be accomplished through dedication, trust, and great teamwork! 💫
